2. A test dialog box will appear on the screen, indicating that the Cartridge Lifetime Prediction Reset Test is ready to be performed.
3. Before proceeding, please note that this reset should only be done after installing a new air dryer cartridge. Resetting the Cartridge Lifetime Remaining value without changing the cartridge can result in moisture and water accumulation in the air system.
4. Click the “Reset” button on the test dialog box to reset the Cartridge Lifetime Remaining value to 100%. This action will also reset the Wetness Level and Total Air Delivered values.
5. If you need additional information about the test or any related faults, you can select the “Additional Info” option. This will provide you with important test and repair information, including explanations for related faults. To exit this screen, click “Exit”.
The Cartridge Lifetime Prediction Reset Test is essential for maintaining the proper functioning of the air system in your vehicle. This fault indicates that the cartridge is nearing its lifetime limit, with only 15% lifetime remaining or less. In such cases, it is recommended to replace the cartridge and perform the CLP Reset.
2. Cartridge maintenance prediction nominal alert (Flash Code 30-2), SPN 52610, FMI 16:
This fault indicates that the cartridge has reached its lifetime limit or has 0% lifetime remaining. In this situation, it is necessary to replace the cartridge and perform the CLP Reset.

This fault suggests that the cartridge has exceeded its service lifetime. It also indicates the possibility of water in the air system. To address this issue, check the reservoirs for water using drain check valves and service them accordingly. Replace the cartridge and perform the CLP Reset.
Once you have completed the Cartridge Lifetime Prediction Reset Test, press the “Exit” button to return to the test selection dialog in the JPRO Diagnostic Software.
