A friend of mine is having issues with the KT200.
He managed to install it on the PC, but when opening it (as administrator) and connecting to the internet, everything is greyed out and can’t select drivers or anything.
Here is the working solution:
1. Go to device manager and delete the driver. Reinstall from install.
2. Open the KT200 update program and reset the device, unplug and re-plug the device, and run the KT200 software again.
Feedback: We had to reset the device! Now it’s working.
